Interview Process
We conduct interviews every Wednesday at our corporate office. Once you submit your application for one of our open security guard positions, you will receive an email invitation from our system to schedule your interview — interviews are scheduled only on Wednesdays. Please note: all positions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If you do not receive the scheduling email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Next Steps After Your Interview
If selected and offered a position, you will be required to attend our mandatory training and evaluation class the following day (Thursday) from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

What to Bring to Your Interview
Please bring one of the following valid forms of identification:
Driver’s License / State ID and Social Security Card
Driver’s License and Birth Certificate
Valid Passport
You should also bring:
Your resume
Any security credentials, certifications, and/or licenses
Note: A criminal background check will be conducted on all applicants. Existing officers will also be verified for current compliance in TOPS (Texas Online Private Security Services).
Appearance & Dress Code
We hold high standards for professionalism and appearance:
- Dress Code: Business casual or business professional attire. Existing security officers may wear their uniform.
- Appearance Guidelines: No face tattoos, no facial piercings, and natural hair colors only.
Thursday: The Final Evaluation Day
The Thursday training class also serves as your real interview. Throughout the day, we observe
- Punctuality and attendance
- Level of engagement and participation
- Professional attire and personal presentation
- Computer proficiency (basic technical skills)
- Mannerisms, communication, and overall trainability
Your final job offer will be determined and confirmed at the end of Thursday based on your overall performance.

- Texas State Level II Non-Commissioned Certification Exam
- Infractions quiz
- Security basics quiz

CSS Advanced Security Guard Training Program
As part of our hiring and certification process, all applicants are required to attend our 8-hour, in-person training course held every Thursday.

Program Details:
- Curriculum: Texas State Approved Level 2 Non-Commissioned Training
- Certification: Level II Security Certificate issued upon passing
- Cost: $75 (includes all materials, testing fees, and certification)
- Lunch: Provided
- Seats: Limited to 12 participants per session
