Ricky’s journey into the world of security began after working with a top consulting firm out of Chicago with a heavy focus on improving the efficiencies of physical security businesses.  His career path is marked having been working with 175 different companies spanning from USA and Canada.  With the knowledge he gained in security consulting, he started City Security Services.

Known for his passion for building startups and having a deep understanding of technology, he used cutting-edge security technologies and methodologies combined with his passion for sales and messaging to lift the company to one of the top security companies in Houston TX.

Ricky’s innovative contributions to City Security Services have not gone unnoticed. He has been the recipient of ‘Best Security Company’ in Houston TX for 2022 and a Safety Award Recognition in 2023.  His leadership and focus today is sales & finance and is a contributing force in bringing in new clients into the company.

Jacqui Didieu is an accomplished and award-winning security professional with years of experience in both the law enforcement and private security industries. She has a record of success in business turnarounds in the security industry and provides physical security and security consulting to local, national, and global companies.

Jacqui is highly dedicated to helping security companies grow and succeed in a competitive market. She works with them to find their niche, become an authority in that area, and establish and grow their online presence. This leads to increased revenue growth. She is also an expert in operational process improvement which leads to increased profit!

Jacqui has served on various boards, including those for ASIS, the DC Police Foundation, and the CEO Roundtable. She has received recognition and awards from the President of Tanzania, the Vice President of Tanzania, and the First Lady of Tanzania for her contributions to developing the security industry and for her community engagement.

Tony Holton’s journey began in a humble farming town on the East Coast of Maryland, where he spent his formative years. From an early age, Tony exhibited a strong work ethic and determination that would later define his successful career in the security industry.

In February 2005, Tony embarked on his professional path as an overnight security officer, guarding a Government Contract facility. His commitment to excellence and continuous improvement propelled him through various roles within different companies. Through hard work and dedication, Tony ascended the ranks, from Site Supervisor to Account Manager, Operations Manager, District Manager, and finally, Regional Operations Manager.

Prior to joining City Security Services as the Senior Operations Manager, Tony held the esteemed position of Area Vice President at one of the largest security companies in North America and worldwide. In this role, he oversaw operations with an annualized revenue of $54 million and indirect management of over 40,000 man-hours per week. Tony’s can-do attitude, coupled with his unwavering commitment to employee and client satisfaction, yielded remarkable results and forged enduring relationships with his peers.

With nearly two decades of experience under his belt, Tony possesses a comprehensive understanding of security operations. At City Security Services, he manages a diverse portfolio encompassing warehouses, manufacturing facilities, construction sites, restaurants, and office buildings. Tony provides invaluable operational support to fellow Operations Managers and the scheduling team, ensuring seamless execution of security protocols and client satisfaction.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Tony’s true passion lies in connecting with people. Whether engaging in casual banter or profound discussions, Tony cherishes every interaction, both in business and personal realms. In 2022, Tony embarked on a new chapter in his personal life as he tied the knot, welcoming a precious son into the world shortly thereafter. Mr. Hayes brings a wealth of experience to his role as the Operations Manager for City Security Services, particularly in the realm of Physical Security and Antiterrorism Force Protection. His extensive background serving the United States Government in various capacities and his commitment to security and safety. With over two decades of experience, Mr. Hayes has honed his skills in Physical Security, Close Protection, Law Enforcement, counter-surveillance, and surveillance operations. His track record of excellence is further highlighted by the recognition had has received, including Exceptional Performance Awards and the Directors Award.

Specializing in providing security for the Health Care Industry, Mr. Hayes oversees armed and unarmed security officers, as well as personal protection officers. His hands-on approach to management underscores his dedication to ensuring the highest standards of security for clients and personnel alike.

Mr. Hayes’ certifications, including Antiterrorism Officer (ATO) and Interagency Security Committee Risk Management Program (ISC/RMP), along with his training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), demonstrate his commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of the latest security protocols and techniques. Overall, Mr. Hayes’ comprehensive experience, leadership skills, and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable asset in the field of security. His hands-on approach and dedication to client and personnel satisfaction set him apart as a highly effective operations manager.




Darnell A. Sanders, Sr. is our Training & Compliance Manager with over 25 years of leadership experience in the private security industry, including Operations, Loss Prevention/Risk Management, Investigations, and Human Resources functions. An alumnus of the Lone Star College System, Darnell is currently a member of the LSCS Business Administration Advisory Committee.

Darnell’s areas of expertise include full-cycle recruiting, TOPS licensing/regulatory affairs, investigative processes, and employee relations. A former security officer himself, he is most passionate about employee advocacy. “Front-line security personnel are the lifeblood of any security firm. They are also our customers and should be treated as such.”

With accomplishments as diverse as being featured in NBIZ magazine as a “Leader on the Move” in the Houston area, recovering stolen merchandise worth hundreds of thousands of dollars for a national retailer, to lowering a state branch office’s non-billable overtime to under 1.5% via creation of a Special Response Officer (SRO) program, Darnell is a quintessential “Swiss army knife” that can adapt and excel in multiple areas of an organization.

As an avid sports fan and a voracious reader, Darnell also enjoys music and geo-political discourse. He married his childhood sweetheart, and they have three children together. He contributes to the betterment of the community via charitable works as a fraternal member of a Masonic order in Houston, Texas.

As the company’s Training & Compliance Manager, Darnell’s objective is to uphold the CSS mantra of “Educate. Train. Certify. Repeat.” via oversight of a robust comprehensive training program that emphasizes continuing education and meets the evolving needs of today’s security officer. He also manages the company’s Compliance Officers, who provide quality assurance, policy enforcement, and onsite incident management services.
